Deposits are non-refundable.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment terms provided during enrollment.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlueSky Careers Group is not liable for:

Employment outcomes

Certification outcomes dependent on student performance

Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instruction

Indirect or consequential damages

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Completion of training does not guarantee employment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: 03/20/2025

BlueSky Careers and Training is committed to providing quality training while maintaining fair and transparent policies.

Deposits

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposits secure your seat, instructor scheduling, materials, and administrative preparation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Student withdraws prior to program start date

Refund applies only to amounts paid beyond the deposit

Written request must be submitted

Refunds will not include the deposit.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Failure to attend scheduled classes

Failure to complete program requirements

Voluntary withdrawal after program starts.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may reschedule if unable to attend due to:

Medical emergency

Serious illness

Family emergency

Student Enrollment Agreement

This agreement applies to all students enrolling in training with BlueSky Careers and Training.

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

Participation Agreement

You acknowledge that training includes hands-on instruction and active participation.

You agree to:

Follow all safety instructions

Conduct yourself professionally

Respect instructors and fellow students

Assumption of Risk

You understand that healthcare training may involve physical activity.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

You release BlueSky Careers and Training, its instructors, and affiliates from liability related to:

Injury

Loss

Damages

Participation in training

Except in cases of gross negligence.

Certification Requirements

Certification is based on:

Attendance

Skill demonstration

Successful completion of requirements

Certification is not guaranteed.

Employment Disclaimer

Enrollment, payment, or participation constitutes agreement to these terms.
